Professor Mihoko Sumida (Hitotsubashi Institute for Advanced Study) contributed as an editor to the book AI Jidai no Shihō o Kangaeru (“Considering the Judiciary in the Age of AI”), published by Koubundō. The book was referenced in a recent media interview with Supreme Court Justice Masami Okino, who cited it in her responses to questions regarding the future of AI in the judicial system.
